Xi'an SKP won the 2018 Honorable Mention of LIT

It is with great honor that Lighting Design Partnership International (China Branch) has received the Lighting Design Awards of 2018 Honorable Mention for the lighting design of Xi'an SKP.
Xi’an SKP: Development Awards “Best Retail Development” - 2018 Property Guru Asia Property Awards (China)

By improving the successful contemporary design recipe used in Beijing, the architect and interior design company Sybarite created lines and curves that reflect the customer’s corporate identity by spreading around and within the 19-storey 164,779 m2 building A and 6-storey 72,268 m2 building B. For key areas of the façade and some of the interior space, real size 1:1 mockups were necessary to confirm the entire design. Xi’an SKP has become the main luxury retail, recreation, entertainment and socialization landmark of the former capital of China since opening in May 2018. In November 2018, it received the Property Guru Asia Property Awards (China) 2018 – Development Awards “Best Retail Development”.
Introducing the Tianjin Vanke Jade Avenue exhibition area

The Tianjin Vanke Jade Avenue exhibition area is located in the Xiqing district of Tianjin, China. The architect GBBN (USA), chose to combine a contemporary glass curtain wall design with aluminum panels shaped into arches that refer to those of the early 1900’s within the Five Avenue of Southern downtown Tianjin, formerly known as the British Concession.
Huawei Southern Complex Phase 2 Office Building (E2B): 3rd prize in Outdoor Lighting - 2018 13th China Lighting Award

The Huawei Southern Complex Phase 2 Office Building (E2B) is located on the Industrial East Road, in the Songshan Lake Industrial Park of Dongguan (Guangdong province of China). The simplicity of the design not only comes from the blue and white light highlighting the horizontal organic curves of the building designed by the architect A+E DESIGN, but also from the eventual maintenance of the linear lights performed if needed from the exterior of the building. Huawei Southern Complex Phase 2 Office Building (E2B) won the thirteenth “China Lighting Award”, Lighting Engineering Design Award, third prize in Outdoor Lighting on September 2018.
Beijing Pacific Century Place: “Best Refurbished Building Gold Award” - 2017 MIPIM Asia Award

In 2014, Gaw Capital Partners funded Beijing Jing Wei Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. in the renovation of the Beijing Pacific Century Place. The Beijing Pacific Century Place remains a mix used project, only having its popular podium department store and its residential areas transformed into a comfortable, relaxing, modern, green, creative and integrated space with access to residential, office, food, business and entertainment services, thus breaking the impression traditional mix used projects.
